Companies that want to make use of the facilities offered by the Shareholders Communication
channel should become party to the agreements signed by the Communicationchannel. This concerns an agreement with the banks for the provision of address data of shareholders, an agreement with Broadridge for the logistics and a protocol with the Beleggersplatform on the rules and procedures for shareholders who want to use the facilities of the channel.

Participating companies pay an annual fee to cover the budget of the Foundation. In addition, companies pay banks and Broadridge directly for the cost of proxy voting and/or communicating with shareholders.
