What is the procedure for voting via internet?
You can vote on www.ProxyVote.nl On the voting instruction form you have received you will find a 12 digit code, your Controlnumber. With this 12 digit code you can log in on www.ProxyVote.nl. Here you will receive instructions how to cast your vote.
I have returned the paper version of the voting instruction form, but would rather vote via internet. Can I still do that?
Yes, you can. You can still log in with your 12 digit control number and cast your vote on the website. The instructions that will be received last will be followed at the meeting.
I would prefer not to receive any paper anymore. Is that possible?
Yes, that is possible. When you have completed voting at the website ProxyVote.nl you can register by leaving your email address (and a pincode). This means that from 2006 you will receive your voting instruction form by email.
How secure is the voting process?
The security measures taken are in line with what is considered best practice, firewalls, encryption, intruder detection and site monitoring. Security measures comply with US requirements for internet voting.
If I leave my email address, how do you protect my privacy?
Your personal details will be treated very confidentially and only be used for purposes directly related to the functioning of the Communicatiekanaal. A detailed description of the privacy policy is available at the website where you register your mail address.
Your voting site is bi-lingual, why is the site where I should register my email in English only?
The site for registering email addresses will be bi-lingual as soon as the Dutch version is available.
Can I vote on different shareholder meetings during one internet session?
Yes, you can. At the end of a voting session you get the question if you want to move to the next votingform. You would then have to enter the 12 digit control number for the other AGM.
How can I be sure that you receive my voting instructions in good order?
If you wish you may receive an email confirming your voting instructions.
