Through the Shareholder`s Communication Channel companies can send their shareholders relevant information. Such information may include, for example, the annual report, the agenda for the general meeting of shareholders and documents containing more information on important developments such as issues of securities, mergers and take-overs.
Each holder of a securities account at a Dutch bank is eligible to receive information through the Shareholder`s Communication Channel at no charge. Whether you receive information depends on three factors: your authorisation, whether you hold shares in a participating company at a certain moment, and whether the relevant company uses this method to send information via the Shareholder`s Communication Channel.
Authorisation in advanceFirst and foremost, it is necessary that you give your bank permission to release your name and address to the Communication Channel. You can do this by contacting your bank`s securities advisor,
or by clicking on 'subscribe now below'. You will then automatically receive the information from the relevant companies. You can withdraw your authorisation at any time. This can also be done by contacting your bank`s securities advisor.

Information from participating companies
Once you have given authorisation, you only receive information from the companies participating in the Shareholder`s Communication Channel, if you hold shares in those companies on a target date and the companies use this method to transmit information.
Which information you receive may be different for each company. Each company determines itself how and when the Communication Channel is used to send information.
